Ocean Educations provides you with a lifeline to people who have travelled in the path you are planning and are only too pleased to help you as necessary. Whether your question involves a career decision or post secondary education issue, we are here for you. Students from previous sessions stay in contact, providing them with a valuable resource to assist them in the challenges that they face after high school.

DCIEM visitRelevant Excursions: Opportunities to observe relevant demonstrations of previous subject matter frequently arise after we return from the summer and are back in school. In this event, students are contacted via newsletter and are invited to attend a fascinating demonstration involving the previous course work. Here students visit the Diving Research Facility at the Defence and Civil Institute Of Environmental Medicine.

Program Assistant, Steph with Teacher, ArtProgram Assistantship: We understand how important it is to have relevant work experience behind you. For this reason, Ocean Educations hires Program Assistants to assist in the day to day operations of this unique outdoor summer program. Typically, our Program Assistants are in second or third year university/community college programs and are seeking experience in laboratory operations, field research and academic program leadership. These summer work terms can be invaluable to anyone whose career paths will involve teaching, environmental and oceanographic studies.
