Dates - Summer 2010:
One 3 week session only will be offered in Summer 2010. Inquire early to ensure a spot.
Session 1: July 17 - August 5, 2010
Prices - Summer 2010: $4,186.61 + $209.33 (5% GST) = $4,395.94
Canadian Students:
The fee for Summer 2010 programs is $4,186.61 CDN + 5% GST (Total = $4,395.94).
U.S. & Foreign Students:
Due to fluctuations in the US/CDN dollar exchange rate, the most
cost effective payment plan for our friends to the south and elsewhere necessitates payment in Canadian funds. Total = $4,395.94 CDN
Program fee includes:
- 19 nights/20 days accommodation at Pearson College and use of all available facilities
- All meals and snacks
- Instruction and credit for Grade 12 Interdisciplinary course
- SCUBA instruction and Open Water PADI certification (or Advanced certification)
- Use of SCUBA equipment (wet suits, tanks, regulators, buoyancy compensator, weights)
- Ocean dives and boat excursions
- Day trips and excursions
- Sessions in underwater video photography (Advanced certification)
- Career seminar detailing the exciting fields associated with the underwater environment
Fees DO NOT include:
- Air fare/transportation to Victoria, BC
- Basic personal equipment: mask, snorkel, fins & boots
- Medical examination
